From the first sketch to the last binary, every frostdevcloudgrid project flows through the same set of capabilities. They are not separate practices — they are the same craft, looked at from six different angles.

Programmatic Audio Synthesis

Generative music engines, algorithmic composition, and procedurally-produced audio assets that scale infinitely without repetition. Our audio stack is built on top of AVFoundation, AudioKit, and a number of in-house DSP libraries we have refined over years of work in the field.

We treat sound as a first-class design surface. Whether we are scoring a meditation app, prototyping a generative ambient soundscape, or building a real-time procedural foley system for a product, our work begins with the same question: what feeling do we want the listener to walk away with?

Algorithmic Composition

Markov chains, L-systems, cellular automata, and constraint solvers generating complete musical phrases from a small set of seeded rules.

Procedural SFX Libraries

Footsteps, cloth rustle, UI clicks — synthesized in real time from a few lines of parameters. Infinite variety, zero storage cost.

Realtime DSP

Custom oscillators, envelope generators, and filter chains running on the iOS audio thread. Sub-10ms latency, no glitches, no clicks.

Immersive Visual Design

Motion-first interface systems, micro-animated transitions, and a zen-calm visual language. We believe the difference between a tool you tolerate and a tool you love is almost always the 300 milliseconds of animation between two states.

Our design system is a tightly-scoped set of motion primitives, color tokens, typographic rhythms, and component contracts. Every product that ships from the studio uses a variant of this system — adapted to its subject matter, never copied blindly.

Prototype & Validate

Every project begins with a clickable Figma prototype and a high-fidelity SwiftUI build. We test the feeling, not the mock-up.

Privacy & Security Engineering

Zero-knowledge data architectures, on-device ML inference, end-to-end encryption, and full alignment with global privacy regulations. Privacy is not a feature we add at the end of a project — it is the architectural foundation we pour on day one.

From data-minimization audits and threat modeling to App Privacy Label authoring and ATT prompt optimization, we offer a complete privacy engineering service for teams that take the topic seriously.

Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Data architectures where the server mathematically cannot read user data, even if compelled. Implemented with CryptoKit and Signal-derived protocols.

On-Device Machine Learning

CoreML, CreateML, and TensorFlow Lite running entirely on user hardware. No inference calls leave the device — ever.

Regulatory Compliance

Native iOS Engineering

End-to-end App Store delivery, from Swift architecture and Combine pipelines to Xcode Cloud continuous integration and TestFlight beta management. We build iOS apps the way Apple intended them to be built — with a single, opinionated, deeply considered technology stack.

We do not ship React Native. We do not ship Flutter. We do not ship progressive web apps wrapped in a thin native shell. We ship real, native, performant iOS applications, because we believe that is what the platform — and the user — deserves.

Swift & SwiftUI

Modern, declarative, and idiomatically Apple. Concurrency with async/await, structured concurrency, and Combine where appropriate.

CI/CD Pipeline

Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, and Fastlane. Weekly production builds, automated UI tests, and signed TestFlight distributions.

App Store Optimization

Metadata, screenshots, and App Privacy Label authoring. Reviewer-relationship management and rejection-resubmission workflows.

Generative Engine R&D

A dedicated research practice exploring procedural content, organic motion systems, and on-device intelligence. About a third of studio time is spent in pure R&D — building tools that never ship, prototyping ideas that may never see a product, and pushing the boundaries of what a small, focused team can build.

Recent research includes: GPU-accelerated particle systems for ambient sound visualisation, on-device handwriting recognition for the pet health app, and a custom L-system for procedural sheet music ornamentation.

Procedural Content

L-systems, reaction-diffusion, and noise-based generators producing infinite variety from minimal seed data.

Organic Motion

Spring physics, damped harmonic oscillators, and Bezier-flowed micro-animations that make interfaces feel alive.

Embedded Intelligence

Quantized transformer models, retrieval-augmented search, and on-device recommendation engines under 8 MB.
